Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Every item in our store is made to order — your journal is printed and bound after you place your order, and companion items are printed on demand as well. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to arrive (printing typically takes 2–5 business days, then 3–5 business days in transit within the continental US). You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Because each piece is made just for you, we can't offer expedited production, but express shipping options may appear at checkout where available. If your order hasn't arrived after 12 business days, contact us at justinkkirby@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Some orders ship in more than one package: journals are printed by our book printer and companion items (mugs, totes, blankets, candles) by our merch printer, so items can arrive a day or two apart — both within the window above, with tracking for each package by email.
